For security staffing

Staffing that knows who's cleared for the post, and who can cover it tonight.

Logidex holds every guard's licenses, availability and travel limits in one place, then shows who fits each post. No more asking someone you forgot was booked, or too far away.

The problem

You know who carries a firearm permit and who is unarmed only. Who has done fire watch, who works a front desk well and who is better on patrol, and who won't take anything that ends after midnight.

So when a guard calls out two hours before a shift, the fix runs through you. You work out who's cleared, free and willing to travel there, then you start calling. One less thing to juggle when you're already running everything, especially at 2 a.m.

What you get

Built for how you actually work

Licenses and post types as skills

Add what really separates your people: armed, unarmed, fire watch, patrol, event crowd work, concierge. Name the levels in your own words. Ask for an armed guard for Saturday night and you see only the ones who fit, ranked in your preferred order.

Overnight shifts are just shifts

A post that starts at 10 p.m. and ends at 6 a.m. works like any other. Set your daily and weekly hour limits and the minimum rest between shifts once, and Logidex blocks an assignment that would breach them and tells you why.

Guard cards and certificates on file

Keep each guard's license, firearm permit and training certificates on their profile, stored privately. When a client asks for proof, it's on hand instead of buried in your email.

Guards who work for more than one company

When a guard updates their availability once, it's current for every company on Logidex, and a confirmed shift elsewhere blocks that time on your calendar automatically. You never see the other company, the client, or the rate.

Call-outs covered before the post goes empty

When a guard can't make a shift, they flag it from their phone. Logidex asks only the people who could genuinely take it: the right license, free at that time, willing to travel there, not already booked, and not pushed over their hour limits. You see exactly who will be asked before anything sends. If the shift is within the next day and someone says yes, it can assign them for you rather than leave a post uncovered.

Everything above is included on every plan, and every guard's login is free.
