1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account data: Name, email address, password (hashed), and organization name provided during registration.
• Billing data: Payment method information processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, and crash/error reports.
• Contractor and artist data: Information you enter about contractors, artists, or talent in your organization, including names, contact details, availability, skills, and scheduling data. You are responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization to submit this data.
• Communications: Messages sent to our support team or via feedback forms.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Logidex platform.
• Process payments, manage subscriptions, and send billing notices.
• Send transactional emails such as account confirmation, password resets, and service notifications.
• Respond to customer support inquiries and resolve disputes.
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve performance and user experience.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using the following infrastructure:

• Supabase (PostgreSQL): Primary database for user accounts, organization data, contractor profiles, scheduling records, and application data. Supabase provides row-level security, encrypted connections, and data residency in the United States.
• Vercel: Application hosting and deployment infrastructure. Vercel processes request metadata and application logs.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third-party service providers to deliver the platform. These providers may receive limited access to your data as necessary to perform their services:

• Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe handles all credit card and payment data. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• Google Calendar API: If you connect Google Calendar integration, we access calendar data only to display and sync events you authorize. We do not store raw calendar data beyond what is needed to display it in Logidex.
• AWS SES (Amazon Simple Email Service): Transactional email delivery for account notifications, password resets, and booking confirmations.

We do not share your data with advertising networks or data brokers.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your account and personal data. Note that some data may be retained to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
• Export / Portability:Request an export of your organization’s data in a machine-readable format.
• Opt-out of marketing: You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the link in any marketing email. Transactional emails related to your account cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

6. Cookies

Logidex uses the following types of cookies and similar technologies:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Session cookies required for authentication and to keep you logged in. These cannot be disabled without affecting your ability to use the platform.
• Functional cookies: Remember your preferences such as theme settings and sidebar state.
• Analytics: We may use anonymized, aggregated analytics to understand how the platform is used. No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers.

By using Logidex, you consent to our use of cookies as described above.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Upon account termination, we retain your data for up to 90 days before permanent deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements.

8. Children’s Privacy

Logidex is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and notify you via email or in-app notice for material changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
