Giving back
Free and discounted plans for volunteer projects
If you are organizing people who give their time, tell us about the project. Depending on what you are running, Logidex can be free or offered at a reduced price. Not a trial, and not a time-limited demo.
Every application is read and decided on its own, so an all-volunteer rescue and a nonprofit with a few paid staff can both apply.
Where this started
Animal rescue
Taylor has two cats and two dogs. Three of them are from a rescue. Somebody had to care enough to volunteer to drive somewhere to pick them up and foster them until they found their forever homes.
Rescues run on exactly the problem Logidex was built for. A shelter has animals that need out this week. Somewhere across the county there are foster families and drivers who could help, each with their own schedule, their own drive, and their own honest limits on what they can take on. Coordinators match that by hand, in group texts, at eleven at night, from memory. It is the same puzzle a staffing agency solves, with higher stakes and no payroll.
So that is where this program points first, and rescues and shelters are always welcome to apply.
What that looks like for a rescue
- Volunteers can keep their own availability current, so nobody wastes precious time texting aimlessly.
- Matching runs on travel area and real drive time, so the fosters and drivers you see are the ones actually able to get to that shelter to help.
- Profiles hold what matters to you: who can take a dog, who has a fenced yard, who is cleared for medical fosters.
- Transport runs and adoption events get staffed like any other job, and anyone on the team can do this, not just the founder.
Who can apply
It is not only for animal people
These are examples, not requirements. Nobody gets turned away for being the wrong shape of organization.
Animal rescues and shelters
Fosters, transport drivers, adoption-event volunteers — scattered across a county, each with their own schedule and their own limits.
Nonprofits and charities
Meal programs, shelters, food banks, disaster response. Anywhere the shift still has to be covered whether or not there is a budget for it.
Schools and youth programs
PTAs, after-school and summer programs, coaches and chaperones who sign up a season at a time.
Churches and faith groups
Service teams, greeters, kitchen crews, and the events that need all three on the same Saturday.
Volunteer-run community groups
No paperwork, no formal status, no 501(c)(3). Just neighbors who organize things and are tired of doing it in a group chat.
If you run on goodwill and you are not on that list, write in anyway and say what you do. Every one of these is read and decided on its own.
What you get
What comes with it
Everything Logidex does to get the right person to the right place comes with a free or discounted plan: your roster, availability, travel areas and drive times, matching, your booking form, the calendar push, and a login for every volunteer.
There is no clock on any of it. Approved plans do not expire and do not quietly drop to a smaller plan. If your project changes, tell us and we will work out what makes sense.
How to apply
Send an email
There is no form and no sales call. Write to support@logidexhq.com and tell us four things.
- 1Your organization, and the volunteer project you need to schedule.
- 2Roughly how many people you would be scheduling.
- 3Whether those people are volunteers, paid, or a mix.
- 4A website or social page, if you have one.
Taylor reads them herself, so plain English is fine and a grant proposal is not necessary. You are welcome to start a free trial and load your roster in while you wait, and if you are approved the trial simply stops mattering.
