Logidex fills in the job details, like "Hi Britt, are you available 10/10, 4–6pm, Anaheim 92804?", and opens your phone's own text messages with the number and message ready to go. Two events in one day, checked against real drive time
Someone working a lunch and an evening event gets checked against the real drive time between them. Comfortable gaps look simple, tight ones show the minutes to spare, and impossible ones say so before you book.
Clients book through your own form
Clients request an event through your Logidex booking form, or the form already on your website, and it arrives as a booking with the details filled in. Every past event for that client stays on their card.
Travel terms are theirs, and you see them up front
Each person sets how far they'll go, where they won't, and what they charge to get there, including rules that drop the fee on longer events. You know what sending someone to the far side of the county costs before you commit to it, and it lands on the pay report with their shift pay.
