Weekly walks and standing sessions book themselves
Set a visit to repeat daily, on weekdays or on the days you choose, and the upcoming bookings are created for you. Weekly walks, twice-a-day drop-ins and a six-week training course stop being something you type in again every week.
A card for every household
Call your clients Households, Families or Pets, whichever fits how you think. Add your own fields to each card: pet names, breeds, feeding notes, medications, how to get in. Every past visit, and who did it, stays on the same card.
Cover a cancellation without the phone tree
When a sitter can't make a visit, they flag it from their phone. Logidex asks only the people who could genuinely take it: the right skills, free at that time, willing to travel there, and not already booked. You see exactly who will be asked before anything sends, and you still choose.
Check the day's visits on one map
Every visit for a day as a pin, with a line tracing each sitter between their stops and the spare time they have once travel is counted. Filter by skill, area or one person. When a last-minute drop-in comes in, you can see who's free and willing to travel there.
