Why Logidex signed you out
If you saw "Your session has ended", something deliberately ended it. Here is what, and what to do.
If you were dropped back to the sign-in page with "Your session has ended — please sign in again", that was on purpose. Something invalidated your sign-in, and Logidex ended it rather than letting it carry on.
Signing back in with your normal password fixes it.
What causes it
A password change. Changing your password signs out every other device. If you changed it on your laptop, your phone will show this message the next time you open it.
Someone reset your password for you. If you asked your agency for a fresh invite, the old sign-in stops working the moment the new one is issued.
Your access was removed. If you were taken off an account, the sign-in ends immediately rather than lasting until it happens to expire.
What to do
Sign in again with your current password. That is the whole fix.
If you have just had a password reset from your agency, use the temporary password they gave you.
If it keeps happening
Coming back to this message repeatedly is worth reporting. The usual cause is two devices with two different passwords — one of them was signed in before a change and keeps trying the old one. Signing in fresh on both settles it.
If it still recurs, email support@logidexhq.com and say roughly when it started and which devices you use.
If a page shows an error instead
An error page rather than the sign-in screen is a different problem. Try a hard refresh first — Cmd + Shift + R on a Mac, Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows — or fully close and reopen the app if you have it on your phone's home screen. See why does my page show old information?.
