Why does my page show old information?
If you added Logidex to your home screen, it can keep showing you a saved copy of a page. A hard refresh fixes it.
Logidex can be installed like an app, and part of what makes it fast is that it keeps a saved copy of pages on your device. Occasionally that saved copy is what you are looking at, which is why something you just changed can appear not to have changed at all.
This is the first thing to rule out, because it looks exactly like a bug.
On a computer
Press Cmd + Shift + R on a Mac, or Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows.
On a phone, in the installed app
Close the app completely — swipe it away, do not just go to the home screen — then open it again.
How to tell it was the saved copy
Reload the same page. If it is still wrong, then navigate away and come back. A saved copy is usually wrong both times; a real problem is normally wrong only one of those ways.
If it survives both, it is worth reporting.
