When something looks wrong

Old information on screen, emails not arriving, calendars out of step.

• Why does my page show old information?

  If you added Logidex to your home screen, it can keep showing you a saved copy of a page. A hard refresh fixes it.

• When your outside form stops sending bookings

  Work through it in order. The most common cause looks like lost bookings and is actually bookings being held safely, one button away from landing.

• No map or miles on a booking

  The map, the miles and the Match & assign map all come from finding the booking's address. When that has not worked, here is how to fix it.

• A calendar invite says "event not found"
