Who counts toward your plan
Two numbers set your plan: everyone on your roster, and how many of your people work in a month. Staff logins are free.
Your plan is the smallest one that fits two numbers. You can see both any time in Settings → Plan & usage.
On your roster
Everyone on your list who isn't archived, with or without a login.
Archiving someone you no longer work with takes them off this count. Their history stays.
Working this month
Everyone assigned to at least one booked or completed job dated in this calendar month. Each person counts once, however many jobs they work.
Inquiries don't count until they're booked, and canceled jobs never count. The count starts fresh on the 1st.
Staff logins are free
Giving someone a login costs nothing, on every plan. Invite everyone: people with a login keep their own availability and travel areas current, so you're not chasing them.
The plans
- Starter: up to 40 on your roster and 10 working each month
- Team: up to 120 on your roster and 40 working each month
- Agency: up to 300 on your roster and 100 working each month
- Network: up to 750 on your roster and 250 working each month
When you go over
If a month goes past your plan's limits, that month moves up to the plan that fits, and Logidex tells you the moment it happens. A quieter month moves back down on its own, so you never have to ask for anything back.
Past Network's limits, each extra person working is $1.50 and each extra person on your roster is $0.50.
